As part of the Advent Leadership Academy, I completed a 13 week program delivered by Harvard Business School covering all aspects pertaining to Leadership. This programme deepened my understanding of leadership from both a strategic and human perspective enabling me to support individuals and organisations in developing stronger leadership capabilities, navigating complexity and building cultures that drive sustainable success.
